This original machine is an imported coating machine. The coating method is blade coater and air knife coater after modified by domestic manufacturers. The main production is thermal paper. But the manufacturing precision of the original blade coater is low, there are problems of uneven coating, large fluctuations coating amount, and so on. The machine can’t meet the market demand for multifunctional thermal paper. In view of this situation, we suggest customer to choose a new coating method: quick exchange from the blade to the metering bar. SLMC just spent 4 days to finish the installation and optimization after the device arrived on-site. At present, the new coater is perfect convergence with the original production line. it can adapt to a variety of coating, and coating control precision is high. The CD coating weight error is small. This new coater is fully achieved the requirement of the customer.
